What should customers know about our pricing?
The short answer is: it depends.
The goal of any will, trust or estate plan is to make it as easy as possible for your family and heirs to understand what you want to happen after you pass. You don't want to just hope that your plan will carry out your wishes by filling in some blanks as quickly as possible. You don't want to overpay for something that you don't actually need. Most importantly, you don't want your family to find out that they are not as protected as you thought they would be because adequate time wasn't taken when the plan was put together.
After talking with my clients I quote a flat rate price, with everything spelled out, so my clients know exactly what they are getting and the value of the services they are paying for. There are no surprise fees for notary services, document filings or phone calls.
